🤝 Schedule a one-off meeting

• Ben will automatically set it up in your respective Google Calendars and add a VC link

• You can schedule meetings with internal teams by tagging them (@John) and external people by providing their full email

🧱 Schedule recurring meetings

Ben can schedule recurring meetings and you can tell him about

• the frequency -- Schedule a Standup meeting with @Mark at 9pm daily / every Friday / every weekday…

• the starting date -- …starting today / starting this Friday / starting next week…

• and the end date -- …for 1 month / until June 31st…

🔎 Find slots with your Teammates

Ben can consult the agendas of your Teammates or anyone who shared his calendar with you

• When is @John available for a call tomorrow

• Find 30min with @Oliver tomorrow morning

🧘‍♂️ Block time for yourself

Ben can block heads down / sport / personal… time in your calendar

• Block time for sports tomorrow at 7:30am

🌍 Use any timezone

• Ben can recognize the timezone you tell him to use, for instance CET ,London time, Bangalore time…

• By default Ben will otherwise use the timezone from your Slack

📧 Email support for calendar scheduling

• You can cc [e-mail] and ask him to schedule a meeting with a customer / partner or find time with a teammate
